There are seventeen steps to vampiric transformation, according to the mysterious website “Sanguisuga,” and SELENE has followed them all. Only one step left—to feed. And what better hunting grounds than the hedonistic pages of mobile dating apps? Selene arranges a “date” with TYLER in the hopes that he may be her first victim, but he's no easy foe—manipulative, domineering, and, worst of all, charming.
Blistering and stylish, SANGUISUGA is about predators and prey; power, fear and desire. In a world where women are at constant war over their own bodies, Selene finds a way to gain control over herself—and that solution is truly monstrous. Welcome to living death.

About the project…
Written and directed by me in addition to starring, Sanguisuga is to date my biggest film. A 16-minute short, it also functions as a proof of concept for a feature I’ve been developing on and off for years. It’s about a weirdo vampire girl looking for a meal. My dream role!
Currently making the rounds on the festival circuit; recently placed as a semi-finalist at Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival. Not publicly available to watch yet, however if you’re interested in viewing please reach out.
